Choc Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup extra coconut for rolling

Directions

  1. Soak Medjool dates in a bowl of warm water for one hour. Drain and remove pits.

  2. Process dates, almond meal, coconut, 1/3 cup cacao powder, chia seeds & coconut oil until combined. 

  3. Form into balls & roll in extra coconut.
